Returns and Refunds

How to Return an Item The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. These costs will be reimbursed if the products are found to be faulty and returned within the specified time frame. Please inspect all deliveries for any signs of damage before signing for them. If damage is visible, do not sign and contact us immediately. We will arrange for your order to be re-dispatched.

Note: We recommend using registered post for returns to ensure safe delivery.

What if the Item is Faulty? If you find that the goods are faulty after signing for them, please notify us by email or telephone within 14 days of receipt. Provide your Order Number, product descriptions, and the reason for the return. Return the goods in their original packaging. Upon inspection and verification of the fault, we will offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange. All glass products are inspected before sale and delivery. 

Returning Non-Faulty Goods Due to Food and Health safety compliance, we cannot accept returns of CBD and food products unless there is a clear manufacturing fault. Individual products purchased as a bundle cannot be returned separately, unless faulty. For non-food or non-CBD goods that are not faulty, you may return them within 7 days of receipt. Notify us by email or telephone, providing your Order Number, product descriptions, and the reason for the return. Goods must be in their original packaging and in unused, resalable condition.

Delayed or Missing Items If your order is delayed or lost by Royal Mail, we may ask you to wait 30 days before issuing a refund or replacement. During this period, Royal Mail will complete their investigation, typically within 5-10 working days but possibly up to 30 days.
