Dispatch Schedule

We aim to dispatch all of our orders placed by Royal Mail 48 hours on the first working day that we receive your order up until 13.00pm, subject to the items being in Stock, Public Bank Holidays and Force Majeure. Orders received after 13.00 pm will be processed the following day. Once we have dispatched your Order you will receive an e-mail notification from us to inform you that your Order is in the Post. Under normal circumstances Orders should arrive within 48 hours of being posted. If you have not received your Order after 72 hours, three working days, please contact us via email stating your Order Number and contact details so that we can trace your Order and rectify the problem.

Please ensure that all your details, Name and Full Address, supplied are correct and contain any additional requests in relation to alternative postage options (I.e. International Shipping,Urgent and or Courier Service so that we may revert with the additional cost). The Delivery Services once completed are non-refundable.

We may amend the Shipping and Handling terms and conditions unilaterally without notice by posting the amendment on our website.Your continued use of our Services will constitute acceptance of our Terms and Conditions Merchandise shipped to Countries outside the United Kingdom may be subject to a different fiscal regime, Taxes, Customs and Fees applicable by that Country. The Recipient of the merchandise is liable as the importer on record for all import taxes and custom fees. If you are unable to take delivery of your Order by Royal Mail /Courier Service please contact them immediately using the details on the calling card.

Lost or Undeliverable Orders

In the event that your Products should become lost in transit we will send you a replacement according to the time scale designated by the chosen Courier for items to be considered lost. Please notify us immediately if your order arrives damaged and we will send you replacements for the goods damaged. In some circumstances we may ask for further proof and or photographic evidence of the damaged goods.

In the event your Order is returned due to insufficient and or incorrect delivery information being supplied to us by you or through the goods being otherwise un-deliverable ,through no fault of our own, we may subject to discretion, charge a re-delivery cost equivalent to the cost of re-delivery + a 20% administration fee.

If you do not receive your order within the stated times please contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, resend your order. Please note that all deliveries are made via third parties and are subject to their terms and conditions. Although we make our best endeavors to get your Order to you as quickly as possible we are not able to guarantee levels of delivery service and time-scales for delivery.

If we become aware of any delays in delivery times we will contact you immediately. You may cancel your order without cost up to the point that you receive confirmation e-mail from us that your Order has been dispatched.

Returns

Once an Order has been dispatched you may return the goods within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be unopened with seals intact. If an item has been used/opened we cannot accept a return due to potential denaturing of the product and Covid 19 Guidelines.
