Where do we begin? Let’s start with one of the most common questions and that is what is CBD?

If you’re reading this then you are possibly new to the world of CBD and wellness, and we would like to help you with any information you would like to know.

So here goes, let’s break it down in simple terms.

CBD, or cannabidiol, as it’s also refered to is a naturally occurring compound extracted from the cannabis plant.  CBD is The chemical found within the cannabis sativa plant  and are called cannabinoids which include THC and CBD.

THC is the psychoactive chemical that produces a ‘high’. CBD however, is not known to cause any psychoactive effects. To be legal in the UK and many other parts of the World CBD products must contain less than 0.2% THC.

CBD oil drops contain cannabidiol suspended in either  MCT oil  or Virgin Hemp Oil which are designed to be taken under the tongue or added to food and drinks. 

The answer to that is no you wont as all our products contain less than 0.2% THC which is the chemical element that has the psychoactive part. And will not cause any psychoactive effects

No, however if you notice any adverse effects such as dry mouth, low blood pressure and drowsiness, discontinue use and consult your GP or medical professional.

We recommend taking 2-3 drops under your tongue The effects of CBD oil will vary from person to person. CBD oil tends to take effects within 30 minutes to an hour and can last up to six hours, depending on the serving  administered.

Start with a lower serving and gradually work your way up from there depending how you feel. Should you feel any side effects such as dry mouth or nausea then always consult a medical professional.

Full Spectrum CBD can contain up to 0.3% THC content, where as Broad Spectrum contains little to no THC. All of our products contain up to 0.2% THC in accordance with UK regulations and legislation.

We would suggest taking a small serving in the morning then again an hour before going to bed.

We are all very unique and different which is a very good thing we need to remember that our bodies will deal with things very differently to someone else so we would also advise that you should possibly start on a lower strength product and then gradually build up to a stronger one once your body has adapted to it, small is sometimes better along with little and often.

We would advise you to consult a medical professional for further advice.

Certain Countries prohibit CBD so therefore it is wise to ensure that the country/countries you are travelling to allow CBD as there can be very strict penalties in some parts of the World. We would strongly advise  that you research CBD products in the Territories  you intend to travel within.
